Job description:
Position: Scalp Micropigmentation Specialist – NOC 63211
Employer: Unyozi Beauty
Location: 1144 Queen Street East, Toronto, ON M4M 1L3
Salary: $18.00 per hour / full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the SMP Artist with client consultations.
- Ensure that all equipment used are sanitized to Unyozi Beauty’s impeccable sanitizing protocols.
- Setting up & preparing the clinic before and after each client treatment.
- Apply medicated lotions to treat scalp condition and hair loss.
- Assist client during the whole Scalp Micropigmentation process including assisting in treatments, performing used to treat a variety of hair loss conditions, including male pattern, female baldness, alopecia and conceal scars from hair transplant.
- Apply the pigment uniformly and match it with the client’s natural hair color for optimal results.
- Perform all other techniques that produce a realistic hairline and can add density to areas of thinning hair.
- Assist by providing clients information on Scalp Micropigmentation treatments when required.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Scalp Micropigmentation Training program
- People skills and the ability to handle stress
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Speaking Spanish is desire but not necessary.
