JOB DESCRIPTION:
Domino’s is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Restaurant Managers for its locations at 2469 Princess Street & 1730 Bath Road in Kingston, Ontario. We are looking for committed, caring and energetic individuals who make Domino’s the great place it is to work. We provide a fun-filled atmosphere, competitive wages, and opportunities to grow.
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate and manage the entire operation of the restaurant.
- Coordinate and manage the entire staff of the restaurant.
- Generate detailed daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on business, staff, and profit.
- Schedule staff as per needs of the restaurant.
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements & maintain inventory.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Ensure that food and service meet Domino’s standards.
- Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes.
- Train new employees in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards.
- Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
- Responsible for increasing the business of the restaurant.
- Increase profits by minimizing wastage & cost control.
- Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $22/hour
- 35-45 hours/week
