Wage: $19.85 per hour (full-time position; 37.5 hours per week)
Job Description:
- cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat
- removing bones from meat
- cutting poultry into parts
- grinding meats
- preparing special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- shaping, lacing and tying roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- wrap and package prepared meats
- weighing meats for sale to customers
- receive deliveries of meat and checking their content and hygiene.
- ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Job Requirements: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
