Salary: $ 65.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, regarding material, human, and financial aspects.
- Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation, to ensure a motivated and effective sales force.
- Managing performance involves setting targets, monitoring progress, and addressing performance issues promptly. Effectively recognize achievements and address challenges in a balanced manner.
- Responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the organization, which includes defining business goals and objectives.
- Develop and endorse marketing initiatives and campaigns alongside comprehensive human resources strategizing.
- Serve as the organization's representative or designated delegates to act on its behalf in various functions.
- Promote synergy and collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish middle management and directorial positions, delegate appropriate authority, and cultivate an environment conducive to optimal working conditions.
- Establish robust financial and administrative oversight mechanisms within the organization.
- Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and their respective senior staff roles.
- In a leadership capacity, oversee negotiations and official functions on behalf of the organization.
- Act as mentors, providing guidance, sharing insights, and helping team members enhance the selling techniques, negotiation skills, and overall performance.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a managerial role, often with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the transportation industry in which the company operates.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets and objectives.
- The capacity to adapt to a dynamic business environment and stay current with industry trends and technology.
