# Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff.
# Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
# Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
# Assist in developing and updating the menu in collaboration with the chef and management.
# Place orders with suppliers, track deliveries, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
# Monitor food preparation methods to maintain consistency and quality.
# Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
# Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
# Address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.
# Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to food service and hospitality.
