Position: Retail Store Supervisor .

18.00 hourly / 80 hours per bi-weekly.

Permanent, Full-time

Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Overtime, Shift to be determined.

Secondary (High) School Graduate Certificate

or Equivalent Experience.

Experience:

Work Setting:

Gas Station.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervises and coordinates other team members in the stores.
2. Prepares work schedules of other team members inside and outside the store within the gas station facility.
3. Resolves issues with customers’ complaints and supply shortages of the store.
4. Prepares reports relating to sales volumes, gas station merchandise both inside and outside the store gas station facility.
5. Monitors arrangement of all sales items in order to ensure visual standards are maintained inside and outside store within the gas station facility.
6. Checks store products and Order merchandizes to    maintain correct inventory to avoid shortages of supplies and store products.
7. Checks and closes the cash register at the end of the shift.
8. Monitor the cleanliness of the inside store including washroom & outside store within the gas station facility.
9. Monitors & maintains the cleanliness of the Kiosk, dispensers, Islands and station equipment on a regular basis.
10. Authorizes return of merchandize if required.
11. Monitors the performance of other team members and assigns them accordingly on a weekly basis.
12. Follows and maintains cleanliness and other gas station regulations.
