We are looking for a “Bookkeeper” to join our Accounting & Tax Firm located at Suite 3665 Kingsway suite 300Vancouver, BCV5R 5W2

Terms of employment - Permanent, Full time 32hours / week

 Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Shift

Education- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience-2 years to less than 3 years

 Specific Skills

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts
