Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide product information, both online and offline.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
- Recommend additional products or services to meet customer requirements and increase sales revenue.
- Help with physical placement of products and items in our store and improve store atmosphere.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of secondary education is required.
- Prefer to have previous customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Excited to work and learn at a fast-paced, fast paced and rapidly growing company.
- A proactive, adaptable problem-solver who reacts quickly in unexpected situations.
- Able to effectively communicate with a variety of people.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
