Location- 293 Bay Street Suite, Unit K3, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 1X3
Salary- $20.00 per hour
Hours- 30 hours per week
Terms of employment- Permanent employment, Full-time

Job Requirements
Languages- English
Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store associates;
- Lead store associates by assigning roles and duties and directing them to achieve daily goals and tasks;
- Responsible for hiring and training store associates;
- Responsible for supervising the pricing, restocking, and merchandising of the store to achieve sales targets;
- Responsible for overseeing merchandise volume and communicating it to the store manager to ensure merchandise availability;
- Authorize return of merchandise;
- Prepare work schedules according to business needs;
- Prepare business reports and submit them to the regional manager on a regular basis;
- Organize and maintain inventory;
- Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide the highest level of satisfaction;
- Maintain relations with suppliers and mall management;
- Deal with supply shortages and plan ahead for the busy months;
