Jared and Miki opened first Crafty Ramen shop in Guelph in 2017. Crafty Ramen is Canada's favorite place to order remen noodles with chicken or veggies and so much more for fast and delicious delivery or pick-up. 

Our Store is located at 85 Willis Way, Waterloo, Ontario, N2J 0B9. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supervising everyday activities of the Unit.
• Ensuring that work operations are on par with required standards, guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments.
• Setting objectives, analyzing progress, and producing progress reports.
• Training new members of the workforce and providing technical support to staff.
• Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
• Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Receiving orders from restaurants and managing fulfillment of orders.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Supervise and check assembly of regular and special orders and delivery of food trolleys to restaurants.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• At least 1 - 2 years related experience.
• Secondary school or equivalent
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team too.
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
• Have good communication skills.
