Preparing meal ingredients for the cook(s), including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicingingredients.
Unloading food supplies.
Storing ingredients and food items and supplies at appropriate locations according to food safetystandards.
Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
Packing take-out orders as needed.
Assisting kitchen staff with other duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Work experience: no previous work experience is required; however, past exposure to basic foodpreparation and kitchen environment is welcomed. On-the-job training is provided
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
