Position Details

Company Location: 9422, Wallace Crescent, Surrey, BC, V3V 1V6

Position: Construction Cleaner

Job Type: Full-time; Permanent
Salary: $27.50 per hour

Number of Positions: 5

Expected start date: As soon as possible.

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Work locations: Surrey, BC, and various other locations in lower mainland BC as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding.

Job Duties

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers are located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day’s work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, ceilings etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar field would be an asset but not mandatory.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will bepaid.
