Position: Assistant Cook

Employer: Yaru Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Bowl
Working Location: #101-2011 Innsbruck Drive, Whistler, BC V8E 0N3
Working Conditions:
- Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $18.00~ $21.00 per hour (depends on experience)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee
Job Duties:
- Responsible for scheduling and substituting when the head chef is off-duty.
- Prepare and cook Japanese meals and/or specialty foods.
- Plan and create new menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Fill in for or assist the head chef.
- Instruct kitchen helpers.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of high school
- At least 1 year of cook experience
- Must be available to work at least one day on weekends and holidays.
