Job description:
Leverage Restaurant Investment Corporation (DBA Pho 99 SFU) in Burnaby, B.C. We serve authentic Vietnamese foods with authentic ingredients, especially Vietnamese Styled noodles combined with delicious soup & broth.
To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Restaurant Manager.
We offer: C$27.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity shared with all staff.

Job Requirement:
- Secondary (high) school completion.
- Completion of a program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector.
Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train staff and supervise staff.
- Establish staff work timetables and monitor their performance.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and report them to the employer.
- Ensure City health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers for the procurement of food and other essential items.
- Collaborate with clients to coordinate events or facility usage.
- Assist in taking customer orders and processing payments.
- Keep track of takeout and delivery orders.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the employer.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate budgetary plans.
