FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Subway (PUNEET HOLDINGS INC.) located at Hwy 97 Cache Creek V0K 1H01 BC is looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules.

 Education Requirements:

• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Completion of secondary school is  required.

Experience-

        2 years to less than 3 years

Salary: $27.50 Hourly for 40 Hours Per Week
