Work Location: 9300 192 Street, Surrey, BC, V4N 3R8

Language:  Basic English

Education:  High School Certificate as asset

Wage Rate: $25.00/Hour

Experience:  No Experience Required. Experience as asset. Willing to get a driver’s licence as asset.

Job Duties:

• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics if required
• May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• perform daily inspections on the building systems
• Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
• Perform shop cleanup, yard cleanup and garbage pickup.

Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:

•  Physically demanding
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment
