Job Description
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees.
• Resolve work-related issues & undertake office management and administration.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and disciplining employees.
• Keep a record of inventory such as lumber, hardwoods, panels, etc., and ensure smooth operations of company equipment.
• Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the company’s progress.
• Supervise & evaluate the performance of workers and provide them with constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with other staff members & departments to develop and maintain an effective operational structure.
• Conduct training programs to improve the performance of employees & company culture.
• Ensure compliance with the company rules and regulations.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required.
