Position: Supply Chain Coordinator (13201)
Wage Rate: $23 per hour. 40 hours per week.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Evening shift, if required.

Education: High School Certificate required. College diploma for Business as asset
Experience: 6 months or more of experience is required. Ability to get class 5 BC Driver’s licence as asset.

Job Duties:
- Plan and oversee operational logistics of supply-chain work units or departments
- Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
- Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials used, rates of production and other production information, using manual or computerized systems.
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of parts inventory
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Assist with branch transfers as required
- Knowledge of PC operating systems and ability to upgrade OS and stage PC’s
- Assist with RMAs as required (training provided) Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
Working Conditions:
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data and shipping systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
