6 Full-time permanent Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020) position available at 1000552426 Ontario Incorporated O/A Shoeless Joe’s Sports Club, located at 524 Centennial Parkway, Stoneycreek, , Ontario -L8E 0J2, Canada
Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 62020:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Employment requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Minimum one year experience required in the food service sector
Compensation:
$17 per hour for 37.5 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
