DCS Technologies is an IT service company, that offers the business communities, technical solutions to meet their needs such as point-of-sale hardware & software, Digital Signage, Surveillance Cameras, Search Engine Optimization, Website Designing, Online Ordering, and much more.

DCS Technologies is looking for a Support Services Manager It is a full-time, permanent position.

The Support Services Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day support activities of the Technology Support team.
• Develop and monitor Technology Support processes and tools to ensure proper handling and remediation of all issues raised to the Service Desk to ensure incidents and requests are fulfilled within time.
• Provide strategic guidance on the implementation and execution of team initiatives.
• Communicate performance expectations to team members and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage software licensing and installations.
• Train and develop Technology Support team members in all areas of job responsibilities, including software and related updates.
• Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, cleints and vendors.
• Develop and control budgets for equipments, supplies and projects.

We offer Wage $50.00/hour for 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Additional Skills:

Good communication and building positive working relationships skills.

Trustworthy with a significant level of responsibility.

Understands Information Technology and telecommunication programs and tools.
