POSITION: General manager - financial, communications and other business services (Full-Time, Permanent)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic business planning in order to improve financials and achieve growth goals.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of operating controls, operating procedures, company policies and service standards.
- Define, track, and report operational and efficiency metrics.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and forecasting
- Develop an understanding of customer’s business, products, services, customer profile and business objectives, competitors and sales.
- Ideate, evaluate, and drive new program opportunities, driving end-to-end deal cycle from pitching to launch.
- Scope new markets, including operational diligence, feasibility, and risk assessments.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, managing internal stakeholders and ensuring strong delivery of projects.
- Create a strong team culture. Guide HR officer to encourage a culture of learning and development, talent retention and attraction through following company recruitment, induction and training practices accurately.
- Ensure company and customer standards/goals are achieved.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years or more years experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Efficient interpersonal skills,Organized, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Team Player, reliability
Key Skills required such as Adaption to fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, large work load.
SALARY & HOURS
CA $85.90/ hour for 30 hours per week (*Overtime @ CA$128.85/hr, after 44 hours per week)
