Job description:

“Monarch Paving (2016) Ltd” is one of company which specialized in small to medium sized asphalt paving project and located at 93004-5331 Headland Drive, West Vancouver, BC - V7W 3G4. The company is looking for two (2) Concrete and cement finishers foreman/woman NOC 72014 for their workplace.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: 1-2 year of experience in related field is required.

Language: English

Wages: $33/hour

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week

Job Location:  Required to work at various sites as per the business contracts with business based at 93004-5331 Headland Drive, West Vancouver, BC - V7W 3G4

Benefits: As per BC Employment Standards Act

Position available: Two (2) full-time, permanent position

Duties:

• Supervise construction workers & projects, including recommendations on hiring and promotions;
• Coordinate and schedule activities of skilled trades in concrete & cement finishing
• Responsible for training and ensuring all employees follow safety procedures and company policies;
• Ensure sufficient materials are on job sites & place requisitions for materials, equipment and supplies as required;
• Prepare and submit work reports
• Resolve work problems and propose solutions
