Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to lead and oversee multiple support functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing a variety of administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across departments such as admissions, HR, records management, procurement and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for delivering multiple administrative functions, including human resources, purchasing, and compliance.
- Oversee policies and practices related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Manage departmental activities related to admissions, record-keeping, human resources and general administrative support.
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, contracts, and procurement of inventories activities.
- Provide strategic advice and written reports to senior leadership on the performance and development of administrative services.
- Participate in staffing decisions including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related discipline is typically required.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative services, HR, or business operations.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing cross-functional teams or multi-department operations.
