We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Vice-President to oversee the operations of Elite Alliance Services (EAS) across Ontario and spearhead the expansion of our educational services into the northern regions of the province. This senior leadership role is crucial for expanding and enhancing the impact of Elite Alliance Services (EAS) in providing comprehensive support to international students. The main responsibilities include:
- Establish clear regional objectives that align with EAS’s long-term vision. Develop and approve policies and programs aimed at improving the educational experience for international students in the region.
- Organize the establishment of key regional departments/sub-agencies and associated senior staffs.
- Allocate and manage material, human, and financial resources to implement EAS's organizational policies and educational programs.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of region to ensure that all divisions, including the School Application Center, International Student Service Center, International Student Club, and Academic coaching/touring programs are working cohesively to deliver exceptional services to students.
- Represent EAS at key educational events, conferences, and seminars within the region, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company. Negotiate partnerships with local schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand opportunities for international students.
- Spearhead the Northen regional development strategy, focusing on expanding EAS's presence in northern Ontario. Identify and develop new opportunities for student engagement, service offerings, and collaborations with local educational institutions.
- Select and appoint middle managers and approve overall personnel planning. Provide mentorship and delegate the necessary authority to them to ensure they can effectively manage and drive the growth of EAS’s services.
- Ensure the highest level of service delivery to international students, maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as students, parents, educational institutions, and other partners to strengthen EAS's reputation as a trusted education service company.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- A university degree or college diploma is required.
- Over a year senior management experience and several years of experience as a middle manager in education services industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of the educational landscape, especially in the context of supporting international students in Canada.

- Work Salary: $67 per Hour
- Work Hour: 30 hours per week
