Salary: $42 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials for quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Guide the proper pouring of concrete into forms or onto surfaces based on elevation and grade requirements.
Smooth out uneven areas and fill gaps on freshly poured concrete to create a uniform finish.
Prepare estimates and submit quotations for materials, labour, and overall project costs.
Adjust and level the top layer of concrete according to specified depth and slope.
Use hand and power tools to create the desired finish on concrete surfaces.
Apply curing compounds and sealants to harden and protect concrete during the curing process.
Perform waterproofing, damp-proofing, and restoration on concrete surfaces to increase durability.
Repair or replace damaged sections of concrete to restore structural integrity and appearance.
Estimate material quantities and project costs to support planning and budgeting efforts.
Eligibility Requirements:
Completion of secondary school and training courses or a vocational program is usually required
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to bend, crouch, and stand for long periods
Effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Good hand-eye coordination and sound judgment
Strong English oral and written communication
Highly organized and reliable
Client-focused and a dedicated team player
Adaptable to dynamic work conditions
