Our dynamic and growing company (ADP Transport Ltd.) is seeking an individual for the "Office Administrator Assistant" position.

Salary: $28.00 per hour
The job duties to be performed during the working hours are
Welcome visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings; record meeting minutes as needed.
Answer phone calls and emails, provide information, and forward messages to the relevant contacts.
Order office supplies, manage inventory, and monitor related expenses.
Set work priorities and follow procedures to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate office operations and support the planning of meetings and company events.
Gather data and prepare reports, instructions, and correspondence as required.
Manage and distribute incoming physical and electronic mail efficiently.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1 OR 2 years of experience in the same field
