Job description:

1) Position: Cook (available: 2)
- Wage: $19/hour
- Types: Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income, gratuities
2) Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of cooking experience in relevant area
- Completion of secondary school
- Language at work: English
3) Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete Japanese hot food dishes
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Inspect and clean kitchens, food service and work areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
