Number of  Positions:        1

Salary/Wage:                  $24.50 to $ 27.50 per hour

Employment Terms:       Permanent Full time, 35-40 hours per week

We are looking for an ideal candidate to fill this position of Security Guard Supervisor. The following are the Job Requirement and Major Job Responsibilities:

Education

Secondary School

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year in a similar field

Supervision: 3-4 people

Job Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Establish work schedules and procedures
