Hoja Mongolian Grill was born out of a need for something fresh. Fast food restaurants had taken over the market, making each dining experience seem like the next, and we wanted to change that. We aim to serve fast and healthy meals without compromise, and we take pride in showing the quality of our product before you eat. We are looking for a highly experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Title: Cook

Term: Full-time, permanent

Wage: $37.00/Hour

Hours: 30 hours a week

Vacation Pay: 10 days paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and prepare full meals as well as individual dishes.
• Develop menus, calculate portion sizes, and estimate ingredient needs and costs.
• Keep track of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment, maintaining accurate records.
• Arrange and manage buffet setups.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen team members as required.
• Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Completion of high school is required
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in the culinary field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
