Job duties:
1. Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments in the edible oil and natural-food sector to support marketing planning and product positioning.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and promotional strategies, including online campaigns, social media initiatives, retail promotions, and product-launch activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. Create and manage marketing content and communication materials, such as social media posts, newsletters, website copy, product descriptions, promotional materials, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, customer behaviour, digital metrics, and advertising campaigns to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Coordinate marketing activities and partnerships, including collaboration with retailers, distributors, influencers, community organizations, and internal teams to support promotional events, brand collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
6. Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and analytics summaries for management, outlining campaign performance, market insights, and proposed strategies to enhance future marketing efforts.

Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
