Job summary:

It is as pizza store/restaurant in a small and remote location but wealthy area in Northern BC. Aside from pizza, it also serve hot pasta and donaire with some softdrinks and side dishes. Customers can call to order or picks the food upon payment at the store. There are 4 regular sized tables with chairs for some customers to dine in should they prefer that kind of set-up, except at this pandemic time where dine-in service is restricted or completely not allowed.

Wage: $25 per hour for 35 to 42 hours/week

Anticipated start date:  As soon as possible

Work Location Information:  Rural Area

Job Duties/Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers' complaints or concern, recruit, train and supervise staff.

Additional Skills:  Order supplies and equipment; organize and maintain inventory

Ability to supervise 3-4 people 

Job Requirements (Education): Completion of a College or other non-university certificate or diploma program or 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent work experience in the food sector, including superviory/manager experience, are required.

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English

Work Condition  and Physical Capacity:  Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, overtime required.

Personal Suitability:  Team player, excellent oral communication, client focus, dependability, reliability, organized and effective interpersonal skills.
