Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per company contracts. 

 Wage rate: $28.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Education: High School is required.

Experience:  2 years of experience in a similar industry.

Language: Basic Knowledge of English.

Job Duties:

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitute, and other materials.
• Read and interpret buildings, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. 
• Manufacture beams, fence panels and gates, lattice sheets, pre-cut shed kits, and boards. 
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in other establishments.
• May prepare cost estimates for clients.

Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends if required.

Working Conditions: The candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
