• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of furniture assemblers and finishers.
• Prepare budgetary reports and keep production records.
• Responsible for preparing work schedule & coordinating work activities.
• Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans and identifying improvements.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, coaching and disciplining employees.
• Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
• Purchase inventory and products to sufficiently serve customers to ensure efficiency while keeping in line with the budget.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the field.
