Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food and beverages
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Order ingredients and supplies required for the preparation of ice cream and other products
• Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage, and repairs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in the preparation and serving of ice cream and dessert items as needed
• Open and close the parlour as per standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the premises
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
