Job Duties:

• Supervise and assign duties
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Promote and maintain excellent customer relationship
• Manage, negotiate, and order inventory
• Recruit staff and provide staff training
• Resolve customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assign and maintain a clean and sanitized environment in the front of the house, food preparation area, order and payment counter, washrooms, and outside walkway in front of the restaurant
• Maintain, control, and report on food and supplies wastage
• Report all injuries and hazardous conditions immediately
