Job Description:

Assist the electrician in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wires, and fixtures, including switches and circuit breakers.

Perform support tasks such as pulling wires, drilling holes, and mounting electrical fixtures using hand and power tools.

Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.

Assist in the inspection of electrical systems under the supervision of a qualified electrician.

Help identify issues such as loose connections, damaged insulation, or faulty components.

Clean and prepare work areas before and after job completion.

Remove debris, unused materials, and ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Hold and supply tools, parts, and materials as directed by the electrician.

Provide support in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues on site.

Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and site instructions at all times.

Requirements:

• No formal education is required.
• Previous experience is an asset; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of handling manual labour tasks.
