Looking for 2 Sushi Chef (full-time) for Squamish Samurai Sushi!
Employer: Squamish Samurai Sushi (operated by Squamish Sushi Inc.)

Position Available: 2
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Working hours: 35-40 hours per week
- Working location: 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2
Benefits:
- Extend medical and dental after 3 months (full-time worker)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and create the menus.
- Prepare sushi rice, chopping, slicing, trimming and filleting various kinds of fish as well as any related ingredients/garnishes.
- Complete and make sushi, sashimi, and roll sushi.
- Maintain and report inventory for the related ingredients and tools in the kitchen.
- Train cooks and kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of cooking experience
- Sushi/Sashimi preparation techniques are required.
- Completion of culinary courses/programs is an asset.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
