MARKETING SPECIALIST
Employer: Precision Landscaping
Location: North York (On-Site only)
Salary: $37.50/hr

Precision Landscaping is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing, advertising, and communication strategies. This role is fully on‑site at our North York location and requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and a high volume of work.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing communication strategies and evaluating program effectiveness
- Preparing written materials including reports, briefs, and website content
- Responding to inquiries from business community members regarding development opportunities
- Advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
- Assisting in the preparation of brochures, newsletters, reports, and marketing materials
- Coordinating special publicity events and promotional activities
- Gathering, researching, and preparing communications content
- Designing market research questionnaires
- Developing a portfolio of marketing materials
- Conducting online marketing, e‑commerce, and website promotions
- Developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and sales strategies
- Planning and directing advertising and marketing campaigns
- Assessing business requirements to determine specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies
- Developing public relations and promotional programs
Experience & Education Requirements
- College diploma (College/CEGEP) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of communications, digital media, and marketing strategy
Technical Skills
Candidates must be proficient with:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- MS Windows
- Microsoft Visio
- Adobe Photoshop
- WordPress
- Spreadsheets and database tools
