HVAC Service Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements
Assisting with customers queries
Qualifications: (experience needed and education)
Gas and/or refrigeration Trade certification or ability to secure the certification within a short period of time
We require a minimum of 2 years of related experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Valid drivers’ licence and clean drivers abstract
G1 TSSA Certificate is an asset
313A Apprenticeship is an asset
313A Certificate is an asset
Salary: We offer a range between $35.00 and 45.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary at the discretion of the employer

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum of 32 hours per week
Language: At least intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
