Job description:

One (1) permanent full-time position of Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010) is available at KRS Holdings Wingham Inc. o/a ESSO located at 82 Kerr Drive, Wingham, ON, N0G 2W0.

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 62010:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the retail store attendants/storekeepers while responsible for managing the shift operations of convenience store.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for sales/merchandise workers.
• Manage staff members and assign duties to them for stocking, cleaning, labeling, and displaying merchandise.
• Attending to customers in person/over the phone and resolving customer complaints on time when needed.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory and ordering routine merchandise.
• Assisting in new staff hiring, and training of sales skills.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes daily, tracking the sales yearly, merchandising and personnel matters, and purchase/sale entries & submit them to the Manager.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Handle cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting, and securing cash.
• Perform the duties of the person supervised, as and when required.

Requirements:

Minimum Six (6) months of work experience.   

Completion of secondary school.

Wage Rate : $21.00/hour

Hours : 40 Hours/week
