Architectural Technician
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the review, coordination, and dissemination of subtrade shop drawings to MBSL Consultants for evaluation and feedback
Exhibit clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing, with project stakeholders, including the General Contractor, Architect, and Engineer
Proficient in creating 3D models with MWF Pro Metal (Revit), including exporting data to the ERP system for review and adjustments.
Analyzing 3D models and wall panel tickets to identify and resolve conflict areas, requiring direction or clarification
Qualifications:
Possessing a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification preferred
Completion of an architectural technology program or a related an asset
Experience in a similar role is required
Salary: We offer a salary of $31.25 per hour
Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers discretion.
