Duties/Tasks:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's long-term objectives.
- Oversee budget creation, monitor financial performance, and make decisions to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Provide strong leadership to other staff members, ensuring effective teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Make critical decisions that align with the company's goals and positively impact its performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train new members and enhance their productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
- Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the service offerings to customers.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele.
- Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a minimum requirement.
- Substantial experience of 5 years or more in a managerial role or a related field is crucial.
- Exceptional proficiency in English communication. to interact with employees, stakeholders, and executives.
- The ability to adjust to evolving business environments and market dynamics.
- Robust leadership and managerial abilities, demonstrating effective team leadership and result achievement.
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing employees and creating a positive work environment.
Location: Georgetown, ON L7G 4S7
Salary: $87.25 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
