Salary- $16.00 per hour

Experience- 1 to less than 7 months
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff who is responsible for preparing toppings and dough for the pizzas.
- Clean kitchen and work areas at the end of the shift.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring kitchen staff.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of pizza and other side dishes.
- Order supplies and equipment required for the kitchen.
- Prepare gourmet pizzas and side dishes according to customers’ order.
- Ensure special care is taken while preparing pizzas and side dishes for customers with food allergies.
- Ensure kitchen is clean and meets company standards.
- Plan special pizza menus, determine amounts of toppings, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
- Monitor product levels and assist in inventory as required.
