Main Duties:

  • Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of a corporation
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and programs to promote the company’s services and enhance its public image.
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Design and manage market research questionnaires; conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Develop marketing strategies and digital advertising campaigns; manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on results.
  • Write and edit communication materials such as press releases, reports, briefs, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
  • Assist in organize and publicize company activities, workshops, meetings, and events for promotional and information purposes.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media and act as spokesperson for the organization.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, newsletters, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, media, and the general public.
  • Gather, research, and prepare marketing and communications material tailored to various audiences.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Maintain and manage the company’s digital database and social media accounts, including customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Advise management and clients on advertising, marketing, or sales promotion strategies.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • May perform general administrative tasks related to marketing operations as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • A college diploma or University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a discipline in related filed.
  • At least 1 year experience in marketing and/or advertising occupation.
  • Proficient experience in digital and social media marketing, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and preferably with experience in top Chinese social media sites, including but not limited to TikTok, WeChat, Weibo and Xiaohongshu.
  • With a preference for candidates experienced in marketing and promoting financial products and services.

 

Additional Information

Terms of employment :Permanent Full-time Position

Wage :$44/hour, 30hour/week
