Salary: $36.00 to $40.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of cabinetmakers and woodworking staff.
- Planning, assigning, and reviewing daily production tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Training, guiding, and monitoring workers in safe and efficient work practices.
- Inspecting materials and completed products for fit, finish, and accuracy.
- Ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and safety of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Troubleshooting production issues and communicating concerns to management.
- Maintaining production records, work schedules, and labour reports.
- Coordinating with designers, installers, and project managers to manage workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and all health & safety regulations.
